Shipping & Delivery

- All orders are shipped from our warehouses in New York.

- Free shipping on orders of $150.00 or more (continental USA).

- Flat shipping rate of $10.00 for orders less than $150.00 (continental USA).

- Shipping fee may vary for special orders. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with the freight fee after your special order is processed.

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, usually within 3-5 business days. The shipping method is chosen, based on your location and package details. For your convenience, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number after your order is shipped.

- Estimated shipping time is based on several factors, including destination address and the products ordered. Orders for multiple items or multiple amounts of a single item may take longer to assemble. 

- Rush shipping service is available. Please contact our customer service at 1-800-531-1037 for Next, Second, or Third Day Delivery. 

 Shipping & Delivery (international)

International Orders: Shipping costs are determined, based on the delivery address. We will contact you via e-mail with the actual shipping fee, once your order is completed. The customer is responsible for all customs duties and customs broker fees, where applicable, which are paid C.O.D. (cash on delivery).

- Any issues that arise from the customs, refused goods, incorrect address, delays are the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the customer. If you refuse your order, the shipping charge both ways will be withheld.

Returns & Replacements

 Most orders placed on enter the shipping process quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. It may be possible to modify an order, depending on its status; however, orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified. If you would like to make changes to your order, including cancelling an order that has not been shipped yet, please, call our customer service at 1-800-531-1037.

If, for some reason, we are unable to ship any of the items in your order, you will be contacted by our customer service representative either by phone or e-mail. If we are unable to reach you within 2 business days, your order is shipped without the unavailable item and your credit card charge is adjusted accordingly.


- We guarantee the high quality of our products and will exchange any damaged/defective goods when reported within 10 days of order delivery.

- All exchanges must be made only after prior arrangement with the customer service representative over the phone at 1-800-531-1037.

- All exchanges must be accompanied by the original invoice and the letter indicating the reason for your exchange.

- If we are unable to exchange the item for a similar one, you will receive store credit or a refund.

- For non-defective and non-damaged item returns and exchanges, shipping charges both ways are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that no non-defective merchandise will be accepted for returns or exchanges if signs of use or wear are present (e.g. stains, tears, scratches, et cetera).

 Add the merchandise you want to your shopping cart, provide your shipping address and billing information, select a payment method, and complete the checkout process. You will receive an order number on the order confirmation page and via an order confirmation email. You should retain a copy of this information for your records. Your order number will be needed for inquiries related to your purchase. If you want to place an order by phone or by fax, please contact our Customer Service. 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept all major credit/debit cards for phone and Internet orders. You may also contact our customer service at  1-800-531-1037 if you choose to pay by personal check or money order.

- Your Shopping Cart reflects the most recent prices for the items we sell. However, please note that until the checkout process is completed, these prices are not guaranteed, as they may decrease, due to promotions, or increase, as these promotions end. In order to lock in the prices you see, please, complete the checkout process as soon as possible. 

- Some discounts and promotions are limited-time offers.

Post-order price match

We do not offer post-order price matching when an item's price drops at after your purchase. Our prices regularly change, and the price you paid when your order shipped was the lowest price we were able to offer at the time. We consistently offer competitive prices on everything we carry. We know that low prices are very important to our customers! 

Discounts and promotions do not apply to orders, placed before these discounts and promotions came into effect.
