Shipping & Delivery

Free Standard Shipping & International Shipping: 

  • Continental USA Residents: Orders over $150.00 qualify for FREE standard shipping. However, this offer does not apply to international customers, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii.  
  • Taxes and Previous Purchases: Taxes and previous purchases do not count toward the minimum purchase required for free shipping. Additionally, the offer cannot be applied to items already sold.  
  • Exceptions: Occasionally, certain items may not qualify for free shipping due to their weight, non-standard size, or other factors. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.  
  • Faster Shipping Options: While free shipping applies to standard shipping, you can choose faster shipping options at checkout.  

Orders Under $150.00 within the Continental USA: 

  • For orders under $150.00, there’s a straightforward flat shipping rate of $10.00.  
  • We primarily use UPS or USPS for shipping, selecting the best method based on your location and order contents.  
  • Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.  

Handling Time: 

  • We prepare orders within 1-3 business days.  
  • The estimated delivery time varies based on your location and the items you’ve purchased. Larger orders may take slightly longer to ship.  

International Orders: 

  • Shipping costs for orders outside the USA are calculated based on the delivery address.  
  • After weighing your order, we’ll send you an invoice with the exact shipping cost.  
  • Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs duties, broker fees, and any other charges incurred. These fees are payable via cash on delivery (C.O.D.).  
  • Any complications with customs, refused shipments, wrong addresses, or delays are the customer’s responsibility to resolve.  

Order Changes: 

  • While we work diligently to ship orders promptly, there’s a small window for changes.  
  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet and you need to make a change, please call our customer service team at 1-800-531-1037.  
  • If we’re unable to ship an item you’ve ordered, we’ll either refund you or offer a replacement from a similar category.
