Returns & Replacements

Most orders enter the shipping process quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. It may be possible to modify an order, depending on its status; however, orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified. If you would like to make changes to your order, including cancelling an order that has not been shipped yet, please, call our customer service at 1-800-531-1037.

If, for some reason, we are unable to ship any of the items in your order, the order will ship without these items and the refund will be issued for the unavailable items.
 
We guarantee the high quality of our products and will exchange any damaged/defective goods when reported within 10 business days of order delivery.

All exchanges must be made only after prior arrangement with the customer service representative over the phone at 1-800-531-1037.

All exchanges must be accompanied by the original invoice and the letter indicating the reason for your exchange.

If we are unable to exchange the item for a similar one, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for that item.

For non-defective and non-damaged item returns and exchanges, shipping charges both ways are the customer’s responsibility. In order to return non-defective, non-damaged items, please, contact our Customer Service at 1-800-531-1037 within 10 business days of order delivery.

Please note that no non-defective merchandise will be accepted for returns or exchanges if signs of use or wear are present (e.g. stains, tears, scratches, et cetera).
