Returns & Replacements

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind the exceptional quality of our products. If you receive any goods that are damaged or defective, please let us know within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, and we'll be happy to arrange an exchange for you. To start an exchange, simply reach out to our customer service team by phone at 1-800-531-1037. Remember, all exchanges need to be pre-arranged and should come with the original invoice and a note explaining the reason for the exchange.

In cases where an exact replacement isn't available, we'll ensure you receive a refund for the purchase price of the item.

For returns or exchanges of items that aren't defective or damaged, please note that the shipping costs for both returning the item to us and sending out any exchanges will be your responsibility. If you have non-defective, undamaged items you'd like to return or exchange, just contact our Customer Service at 1-800-531-1037 within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of non-defective merchandise if it shows any signs of wear, including stains, tears, scratches, or missing its original packaging.
