Cossack Kubanka Hat

Kubanka is a uniform headdress of the Kuban and Terek Cossack troops, a small papakha. The name "Kubanka" appeared during the First World War. It is a hat made of black and colored skins of karakul, smushka, merlushka with an original cloth or leather colored top (most often red).
