Instruction Manual
In order to provide a longer life to your Vostok watch we ask you to please read the present instruction carefully.
- Winding mechanism. Unscrew the winding head counter clockwise from the case - position 2 and start winding clockwise by turning the winding head for 25-30 revolutions, slightly separating the head from the base. Do not over-wind, as it can damage the winding mechanism. The best way to wind the watch is while wearing it on your hand. Do not lower the watch into water while the winding head is unscrewed.
- Adjusting the time. Set the winding head into position 3, pulling it till it clicks. Turning the winding head counter clockwise, set the correct time. Having set the correct time, screw the winding head back into position 1 on the case.
- Updating the calendar. Set the winding head into position 3. Set the correct date by turning the watch head clockwise. After that, set the winding head into position 1.
(Positions 1,2 and 3 - go depending on how far the winding head is from the main body of the watch. 1 - being the closest, 3 - the farthest from the body of the watch, correspondingly).
