Material – Made from 0.6-millimeter-thick professional-quality carbon steel with non-stick coating. Carbon steel distributes heat quickly to cook food evenly. Does not contain PFOA.
Care – Heat safe up to 450°F (230°C). Use wooden or nylon tools that won't scratch the non-stick coating. Do not cut baked goods in the pan. Handwash in warm soapy water.
