One important feature of Russian tea-drinking is the two-teapot brewing process: tea is brewed in a small teapot, much stronger, more concentrated, than needed for drinking. This concentrated tea is then poured into individual cups and is diluted down to the perfect drinking concentration right in each individual cup, using a separate teapot, full of hot water.To make tea:- Add 5-6 teaspoons of tea leaves into a pre-heated 500-600 ml (17-20 fl oz) teapot.- Fill 1/3
