This Egg Jewelry Box was created in the style of the famous Spring Flowers Jeweled Egg. The egg was made in 1899 by one of the greatest goldsmiths, and designers in decorative arts and jeweler to the Russian imperial court Peter Carl Fabergé (1846–1920). The egg is believed to have been given as a gift to the Dowager Empress Maria Feodorovna. Today the egg belongs to the private collection of Victor Vekselberg. The Spring Flowers was made in Neo Rococo style and is covered with a translucent strawberry red enamel over a guilloche background and decorated with gold curls in the Second Rococo style.

  • MATERIAL: A metal alloy that is durable and environmentally friendly. The casting of the egg is carried out using the old wax method. The main background of the egg is applied and the details are decorated by hand with cold, colored enamel. The enamel retains its color and gloss for many years. The egg will remain in its original form for more than one decade. Depending on the model, an egg is manually decorated with high-quality sparkling rhinestones and pearls. Packaged in a gift box.
  • PURPOSE: The egg in the style of the famous Faberge eggs is an ideal gift for any occasion, especially for Easter, Birthday, Christmas or the birth of a child. Such a box is perfect for presenting a wedding ring. The egg is considered a symbol of fertility and therefore it will be a unique wedding gift. It is convenient to store jewelry and small memorabilia in it. For example, you can store your baby's first tooth in the small egg-box.
  • CARE: Does not require special care. It is enough to wipe with a damp soft cloth from dust. Do not wash the box in water. If the rhinestones fade over time, it is enough to wipe them with a glass cleaner.
