The black egg "Lions" is made based on the top part of the "Danish Jubilee" egg - a jewelry egg, one of the imperial Easter eggs made by Carl Fabergé for the Russian imperial family. Created in 1903 by order of Emperor Nicholas II as an Easter gift for the Dowager Empress Maria Feodorovna.
Location unknown, considered lost. Our egg is a box (large size) that opens in the middle and is supported by three heraldic lions. Inside the egg you will find a miniature egg pendant that will pleasantly surprise the gift owner.
- MATERIAL: A metal alloy that is durable and environmentally friendly. The casting of the egg is carried out using the old wax method. The main background of the egg is applied and the details are decorated by hand with cold, colored enamel. The enamel retains its color and gloss for many years. The egg will remain in its original form for more than one decade. Depending on the model, an egg is manually decorated with high-quality sparkling rhinestones and pearls. Packaged in a gift box.
- PURPOSE: The egg in the style of the famous Faberge eggs is an ideal gift for any occasion, especially for Easter, Birthday, Christmas or the birth of a child. Such a box is perfect for presenting a wedding ring. The egg is considered a symbol of fertility and therefore it will be a unique wedding gift. It is convenient to store jewelry and small memorabilia in it. For example, you can store your baby's first tooth in the small egg-box.
- CARE: Does not require special care. It is enough to wipe with a damp soft cloth from dust. Do not wash the box in water. If the rhinestones fade over time, it is enough to wipe them with a glass cleaner.
