Damascus Steel: This unique form of steel originated from Damascus Syria. The prosses of making this steel involves folding and hammering the steel into itself over and over. This creates a super hard and durrable steel, but is very time consuming. Damascus steel can range from the chepest knives that have 3-6 folds tovery expensive hand made works of art with 600 folds. This Knife Forged with imported VG-10 stainless steel - for the core blade material and 67 layers of Damascus Steel, will last a lifetime.
Super hard steel: With a hardness rating of HRC of 60+/-2 it's angled edge will hold much longer than cheap factory alternatives. This hardness will also guarantee a long and hardworking life for your blade.
Inovative Handle Design: The handle of this multi functional chef's knife is octagonal, a reference to classic Japanese designed. That said all the classic aspects are turned upside down with this inovative handle, made of a "glow in the dark resin polimer", reenforced and decorated with brass wire mesh, set with carbon fiber resin at the top and bottom, this handle is bound to turn heads.
Use: This chef knife is based on classic Japanese "Kiritsuke" this knife has a slightly curved blade and so allows for rocking and choping. It is best suited for
- Fish
- Vegetables
- Fruit
