Kazan for Making Pilaf w/ Lid-Skillet

The kazan is made of cast aluminum and is covered with a five-layer innovative non-stick coating of a new generation on a water basis. The bottom diametr is 6.1" (15.5 cm).

Operating instructions:

1. Remove the label before using the dish for the first time.
2. DO NOT wash the dish with metal washcloths or abrasive cleaners.
3. Avoid sudden temperature changes. After cooking, do not cool the dish in cold water.
4. The optimal cooking temperature is 302-356ºF (150-180°C). Do not heat the dish without the contents.
5. Do not move the dish on the surface of the glass-ceramic hob.
6. Small scratches and small scuffs on the surface do NOT affect the non-stick properties of the coating.
