• Simply separate the top and bottom chambers.
• Remove the center funnel and fill the bottom chamber with fresh water to just below the safety valve.
• Replace the funnel and measure in finely ground coffee.
• Reassemble the pot and place it over a medium-low heat.
• When coffee begins to bubble, remove the pot from the heat and allow coffee to finish brewing.
