How to cook icing:

1. Beat 3 egg whites with a mixer or whisk.
2. Add 10 ml of lemon juice and mix.

1. Place the mold on the table with the pattern facing up.
2. Apply the icing evenly with a pastry spatula on the entire surface.
3. Leave it on for about an hour.
4. Gently bending the edge of the mat, remove the finished decoration.
