Paskha Easter Cake-Making Set

Royal paskha recipe. Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese (14 oz/400 gr)
- Butter (5.6 oz/160 gr)
- Sugar (5.6 oz/160 gr)
- Whipping cream 35% (3.1 fl oz/90 ml)
- Eggs (2)
- Raisins + candied fruits (3.5 oz/100 gr)
- Vanilla sugar (0.3 oz/8 gr)
- Gauze sheet
Boil the eggs and separate egg whites from yolks. Thoroughly mix sugar with butter, gradually adding vanilla sugar and egg yolks, until all of the sugar crystals dissolve and the mixture turns white. Push cottage cheese through a sieve twice and add it to the mixture, together with raisins and candied fruits. Thoroughly stir the resulting mixture, adding cream. Place paskha form on a plate, with the larger opening on the top, placing a gauze sheet inside. Fill the form with the mixture, place a small plate on the top, and a weight on top of that. Finally, place the paskha in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, periodically draining the liquid as it accumulates.
