Snow Flurry Lacquer Miniature Painting Photo Album
This photo album is decorated with the print of the traditional Russian lacquer miniature painting, illustrating the unique style of harnessing horses that existed in Russia: the troika. This method involved harnessing three horses abreast, the middle horse trotting, while the two horses on both sides galloping. This allowed these horses to reach speeds up to 28-31 mph, while keeping them much less tired than they otherwise would be.
