The cezve with wooden handle has traditional design that pays homage to the rich heritage of Turkish coffee preparation. Hand-painting in combination with minting creates artistically perfect product.
The coffee pot is made of high quality brass for maximum durability. Copper is non-toxic material with high thermal conductivity.
The cezve is cone-shaped with a narrow neck as well as a long handle. The narrow neck helps to create a layer of thick dense foam, which blocks the gas exchange processes, locking in the evaporation of the aromatic oils.
The long carved wood handle of the cezve protects hands from burns. The ring of the handle is comfortable in use for hanging the cezve.
The cezve can be used in ceramic, electric, and gas stovetop hobs; not for induction stove. You can also easily use it in hot sand. This very authentic piece is a multi-purpose heater for products: to make hot chocolate, milk, sauce, etc. It is also a great coffee pot for picnic.
