The cezve with wooden handle has a traditional design that pays homage to the rich heritage of Turkish coffee preparation. Hand-painting in combination with minting creates an artistically perfect product.
The most delicious coffee can only be made in a copper cezve with a special conical shape. Copper has uniform heat conductivity. Copper cookware is non-toxic and absolutely safe.
A food-grade tin coating inside the cezve prevents the copper from oxidizing.
The cezve's thick and wide bottom facilitates uniform heating, allowing the coffee to simmer longer, enriching the drink with flavor and aroma. The narrow neck prevents the drink from cooling too quickly, helps form a thick layer of coffee foam, and prevents the evaporation of the aroma.
The cezve's long wooden handle protects hands from burns. The ring on the handle is convenient for hanging the cezve.
The copper cezve can be used on ceramic, gas, and electric stoves; not suitable for induction cooktops. You can prepare Turkish coffee in the copper cezve on coals or hot sand.
