Tyrannosaurus Rex Stuffed Animal

Tyrannosaurus's lived a long, long time ago and were one of the biggest land predatory dinosaurs that inhabited our planet. Their huge size and powerful jaws leave us in awe to this day. That is precisely why children love them so much.

Tyrannosaurus's - kings of the Cretaceous period. Tyrannosaurus - a titan reptile. The name comes from the Greek "tyranos" - tyrant, despot and "sauros"  - pangolin. It was first discovered in 1874 by professor of paleontology, A. Lakes, in Colorado. Massive cheekbones and short, powerful necks characterize the tyrannosaurus. These dinosaurs moved on two powerful hind limbs, while the front were rather "small arms". Their tail helped them in maintaining balance, it served as the so-called "helm". The limbs, in turn, were divided into fingers. The forelimbs had two fingers, while the hind limbs had four, but one was bent and never touched the ground.
