- The baking jelly roll pan is made of high-quality and durable heavyweight 19-gauge aluminum. It won't warp or rust. Withstands a wide range of temperatures (up to 480°F (250°C)). It is also great for chilling and freezing foods, too.
- The pan ransfers heat evenly to cook baked goods perfectly. Specially sized to fit standard jelly roll baking sheets; reinforced beaded rim prevents warping.
- Easy to clean. Simply wash with a damp sponge and mild detergent and air dry. Do not use knives, scrapers, brushes or cutters, or place in the dishwasher.
