Biol Aluminum WOK Frying Pan with Glass Lid

Wok is a metal Chinese frying pan with a special deepened shape. The heat is distributed unevenly: from the bottom to the edges. Due to this feature, the ingredients are well fried, but do not burn even without oil. 
The thickness of the non-stick coating is 40 microns.

Operating instructions:

4. Do not move the dish on the surface of the glass-ceramic hob.
